This is a newly discovered archeological site with stone pillar enclosures and picturesque cliffs set on a vantage rock ridge arising from surface geological processes. There are 47 stone pillar enclosures differing in size and spread over both sides of the ridge. The enclosures are similar to similar sites identified in Lake Turkana basin and dated between 4,000 to 5,000 years. In each stone pillar enclosure, stones are arranged vertically possibly used as burial sites for pastoralist communities during prehistoric times and later may have been used as fortress or hideout during wars.
