The planning committee at a virtual meeting on Tuesday 16th November 2021 received an update on the preparation of this major event. The following highlights have so far been firmed up:- a) DATES –Event confirmed on 11th & 12th December 2021. Participants to ensure they are within Kabarnet Town on Friday 10/12/2021 to allow for flag off the next morning at 9.00 am.
ITINERARY
Day 1: Kabarnet ➡️ Ainobmoi ➡️ Salawa ➡️ Kapluk➡️ Muchukwo ➡️ Ketborok ➡️ Lake Kapnorok ➡️ Katibel ➡️ Keturwo ➡️ Barwessa➡️ Kinyach
TRANSPORT
Two modes of transport was considered as it allows for flexibility.
- Land cruisers for shared transport
- Private Cars
ACCOMODATION
This will be at Kinyach. Tents for hire will be available.
IFOOD & BEVERAGES
Lunch, Dinner and Breakfast preparations is complete and settled.
SECURITY
Adequately taken care of.
